At VCI Mobility, our goal is to provide you, our valued customer, with the very best mobility products and customer service possible.
In the September/October 2011 issue of Mobility Matters, we featured a spotlight on our new VCI Mobility Customer Sales/Service Survey Program. The program’s intent is to encourage you to share with us your opinions on the products/services we offer, as well as the customer service and attention that we provide. We want to know from you the areas in which we excel and also any areas that we may need to focus on improving.
As part of our survey initiative, our staff has been contacting customers via phone and mail to request input on their most recent experiences with VCI.
We have also implemented an online survey system for both Sales and Service to give you another quick and easy way to share your thoughts and feedback with us.
Now, we are excited to share with you yet another great opportunity…
It’s Your Turn: Share Your VCI Experience with Others
As consumers ourselves, we know that hearing or reading other people’s experiences/reviews about a product or a company can help us make our own decisions. Therefore, as a continuation of the VCI Mobility Customer Sales/Service Survey Program, we’re inviting you to write a review of VCI Mobility on one of the many online business listing sites in which we appear, including Google Places, Yahoo Local Listings, and others.
Our hope is that you have had such a positive experience with VCI – whether a purchase, rental, or service – that you’d want to recommend us to other people. As a result, we would encourage you to please write a review of us. By doing so, you will be helping other consumers make decisions about what company may best suit their mobility needs.

Thank you so much for all your accommodations for the special needs population and their family or caregivers. You have thought of everything to make our wait comfortable, from a table to work at, to magazines, to tv, to a water cooler, drink and snack machine, accessible restrooms and even new car options and adaptions to check out while we wait for our cars to be repaired. Thank to everyone at VCI. We appreciate your hard work! Sincerely, Lynn Powell (Mother of Robby Powell)
