If your accessible vehicle breaks down outside of our normal business hours, who will you call? That’s easy: Call us! At VCI Mobility, we offer our customers the option of contacting one of our service technicians after hours for emergency help. Our service technicians will first try to offer you assistance for your vehicle over the phone.
If your situation can‘t be corrected through phone assistance, then we can also work with you to arrange the towing/trailering of your vehicle, as well as an alternate means of transportation to your home/destination if necessary. Your vehicle will then be scheduled for diagnosis/servicing/repair during normal VCI Mobility business hours.*
