Delivery is the final step in the process of buying your wheelchair van, bus, shuttle or ambulette and at VCI, we take special care to make sure that this final step meets and exceeds your expectations.

Wheelchair Van Delivery Preparation

Prior to delivery, every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, detailed and put through a quality inspection process. During this process, we make sure that there are no damages or defects that will reduce your satisfaction with our products. Each wheelchair van or minivan is compared to the original order paperwork to ensure that the wheelchair van and any additional mobility equipment has been installed to specifications, is working perfectly and will exactly match your expectations.

If we are handling the registration and/or title work for you, we will be sure to work with you, your insurance company and your financing company to ensure that all paperwork is in order so that you can be on your way to greater independence as soon as we hand you the keys!

How Do We Deliver?

We deliver wheelchair vans and other vehicles to individuals and organizations in a number of ways. Because the needs of each individual customer or organization are different:

• Delivery at our location

Many of our customers prefer to have their wheelchair van or mobility equipment delivered to them at one of our locations so that they can have an opportunity to make last minute adjustments. Also, if anything is not quite right, we can usually have our service team address the issue on the spot, saving you from additional delays or a later trip to one of our locations.

• Delivery to your door

Our courteous, professional drivers can drive, tow or trailer your vehicle to your home or business. Once there, they will review the vehicle with you, go over the operation of all of the equipment and make sure that you are satisfied that the vehicle meets your complete expectations.

We will deliver your vehicle to you anywhere in the continental United States. Any costs associated with delivery will be discussed with you in advance and will be included in the purchase price of your wheelchair van, ambulette or bus.

Many of our commercial customers prefer to save the cost of delivery and will have a driver fly to the nearest airport or take a bus to a terminal near our location and then drive the vehicle back to their location.
